Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your BABL LIFE purchase.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at support@babl-life.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Non-returnable Items
Used items, items not in their original condition, and items returned without approval may not be eligible for a refund.
